John began his career in the hydraulic field 33 years ago and during this time has built on his extensive skills and knowledge in the field. John has worked in different hydraulic businesses in multiple states in Australia before beginning Hydrautech in 1996. 

John is passionate about giving his customers great service, and is always striving to be the best in the field in an honest and trustworthy manner. John wants his clients to get the best possible outcomes in a time effective manner.

Andrew is a qualified fitter and turner and has been at Hydrautech for 25 years. Andrew is the workshop manager controlling workflow and ensuring that jobs get done in a time efficient and quality manner. 

Andrew's days are filled with assisting the Hydrautech staff gain the right outcome for clients and assisting clients in understanding their job and the best possible outcome for that job.

Sales / Service

Ben is our Sales Manager and is a qualified fitter and turner. He has been working with Hydrautech for over 26 years. He prides himself on his ability to get the job done for clients with minimum fuss that allows the client to have less down time.

Ben's duties include serving customer needs at the front of our retail store. His wealth of knowledge in hydraulics, hoses and fittings make him a valuable member of our team and of significant assistance to his customers.

Brett has been employed by Hydrautech for over 20 years. Brett specializes in sales, hoses, welding and quality control. In this role Brett is focused on getting to the bottom of issues quickly and delivering a quality outcome to his customers. 

Brett also is competent in new plumb ups and the hydraulic requirements around new machinery.

Hydrautech welcomes Richard Wright to their already highly experience team. Richard brings with him over 28 years of experience in the hydraulic field. He has an advanced knowledge of hydraulics and coming up with technical hydraulic solutions for your issue. 

Richard is experienced in trouble shooting on the go and has in many instances been able to plan and implement hydraulic systems improvements to increase efficiencies.

Andy has been at Hydrautech for 12 years and is a qualified fitter and turner, Andy does a lot of the cylinder reconditioning at Hydrautech's workshop and also assists customers with their hydraulic requirements. Andy enjoys being part of a pro active team that is focused on a great result for all clients.

Tavis

Sales / Front Counter

Tavis has moved from Melbourne to join Hydrautech. He assists customers at our front retail desk. Tavis has a work history in the trades and now forms a great team out front with Ben, Brett and even Andy and John on occasions.

Tavis is a dedicated dad and spends his spare time with his wife and three kids, running them around to their sport and activities.

Rob

Mobile Service Technician

Rob has over 10 years hose and fittings experience and as such has a wide knowledge in this area. He is available to come on site for our customers using one of our 3 mobile service vans.

Rob interests include four wheel driving and cars/motors in general!

Jayke

Jayke is on board with us as an Apprentice Fitter and Turner.

He has completed his trade school at Federation University Australia at their Grant Street campus and is always honing his skills.

On the weekends he loves his fishing, camping and even a spot of shooting.
